I am a qualified therapist and hold a Diploma of H.E. in Counselling.  I have also studied Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), I am bound by its Ethical Framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy, and subject to the current Professional Conduct Procedure.  Further details are available at www.bacp.co.uk.

I am also a member of the Association for Humanistic Psychology in Britain – AHP(B)

The counselling relationship is confidential and my work is supervised in accordance with BACP guidelines.

I have full Professional Liability Insurance; this includes both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.

I am committed to ongoing professional training and personal development.  I regularly attend workshops and training courses to assist my professional growth.
